How It Works

  • We’ll help you create a realistic budget, timeline, and scope before construction begins. If you already have permitted plans, we can move straight to contractor introductions.

  • Skip the guesswork. We connect you with trusted local architects, contractors and design experts, and arrange for them to come on site or bid remotely (depending on the scope).

  • We help gather, negotiate and review bids so you get the best price and fit for your project, keeping quality and timing top of mind. We can also help you review any additional bids you may be considering so you finalize your decision with all of the best options available.

  • Work with us to design, source, and purchase any finish materials as desired, such as tile, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and lighting. Once the project is finished we can also help furnish and accessorize! Design services are provided under a separate scope and agreement. Learn more here:

  • Once you’ve chosen an architect and/or contractor, permits have been processed (if required), you are ready to build! While you contract directly with the architects and/or contractors, we are here for you for additional support, communication and guidance throughout the entire project.
